My dad found baby quails..?

So just like 3 days ago, my dad found 6 baby quails.. they look like button quails... my dad gave them crushed rice and baby bird food... should we keep them? and if we do how do we take care of them? Also one of the birds seems a little depressed, the others are chirping like crazy and jumping around, while this one is just laying around barely moving and always sleeping... i picked it up and put it in my hand and it just lay on my hand and fell asleep. I'm not sure how old they are.
