Any "nice & easy" recipe using my one frozen quail ?

To be honest, I don't want to eat it much, but feel sorry for this quail. So been wondering what to do with it. By the way, I made casserole with the other one a month ago, but it was not very tasty.....Maybe quail is for only roasting ? Any "nice & easy to make recipes", please !
