Chicken meat or pheasant meat?

it all depends on how its cooked. baked chicken is better than baked pheasant. i have a recipe for cajun pheasant and its the most amazing thing ive ever tasted. i think they are both fairly equal on the health meter, poultry equals protien. depending on where you are located, chicken may be easier to find.. and more often then not chicken will be cheaper.. i hope this helps you
