Should the Oakland Raiders or Philadelphia Eagles get Plaxico Burress?

Being a Dallas fan, I dont want to see him on the Eagles. Being a Steelers hater, I would love to see him go to the AFC. Im from the Pittsburgh area. I love the Penguins and the Pirates but I hate the Steelers.
