You might want to wait a bit longer for E to call back but it seems like she might not be that interested if she didn't bother to call you back or try to explain why the call got disconnected. It sounds like you do have a chance with K and I think you should definitely try to get to know her because she seems interested in you from what you said. I would say if E doesn't call you back by the end of the night you should ask K tomorrow, even if it is short notice. You could always go out with both of them on different days just to get to know them both so that you can decide which one you're more interested in pursuing, but I'm voting for K! Good luck :)
