HELP, my bird is sick?

hi i have a one week old californian quail chick, it has not been walking right and today I noticed that it has a swollen anus and its bleeding ( it wasnt there this morning). I was wondering if anyone knows what is wrong with it or has experienced this with their own birds could help me. Thanks.
